Terms of service
This is the terms of service about using the bike parts searching service, “NTB Auto Parts Search” (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) which is operated by Marunaka Yoko Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “We”).
Article 1: The range of these terms of service
- These terms are to define the services which the Site provides.
Article 2: Prohibited items
1. We prohibit the following actions;
- ・Actions against public order and moral standards
- ・Actions connected to crime
- ・Actions against the law
- ・Actions that invade copyright or intellectual property of ours or a third party’s
- ・Actions that invade property or privacy of ours or a third party’s
- ・Actions that disadvantage us or a third party
- ・Actions that abuse and slander us or a third party
- ・Actions that disturb our management on the Site or damage our credibility
- ・Sending or writing harmful computer programs
- ・Other actions which we consider inappropriate to our users
Article 3: Service contents modification
- ・We can modify contents of the terms at any time without prior notice or your agreement.
Article 4: Service discontinuation and termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or terminate a part or the whole of our providing services without prior notice or your agreement, if applicable to;
- ・Periodical maintenance, update or emergency of the Site
- ・A fire, a power cut, a natural disaster or other unforeseen conditions make the Site management discontinue
Article 5: Modification and cancellation of the service contents
- ・We reserve the right to modify or cancel the service contents without prior notice or your agreement.
- ・In accordance with the preceding paragraph, we are not responsible for any disadvantages or damages to you arising from modification or cancellation of the service contents.
Article 6: Service termination
- ・We may terminate services provided on the Site with a certain period of notice.
Article 7: Indemnity
- We are not responsible for accuracy nor compatibility with particular purposes of information which are obtained through services on the Site.
- We are not responsible for any damages arising from information which is obtained by using services on the Site.
- You agree to indemnify us from damages arising from conflict between you and a third party and to solve it with your own finances and under your own responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any conflict between you and a third party arising from fulfilling liabilities related to products bought and sold through this site, nor any other transactions.
